HVAC Maintenance
Provision to include

  • Cleaning the filters.
  • Check fan speed (low, HVAC Maintenance, medium, high).
  • Check noise level and unit vibration.
  • Check operation of thermostat.
  • Clean and tighten all electrical connections and components.
  • Check the drain pan is clean and drain flow freely.
  • Inspect the fan wheel and housing for damage.
  • Check the Capacitance Value.
  • Check VAV operation.
  • Check Gas pressure and top up if needed.
